Structuring and preparation

We advise our clients in creating and optimizing legal transaction structures, planning the stages, timelines of the transaction and agreeing on negotiation strategies, defining and coordinating the economic and legal interests and objectives.
Based on structuring, we complete legal due diligence surveys, compose survey reports, identify, analyze and provide the assessment of risk factors or set up and supervise data rooms.
Our preparation services include the preparation and negotiation of the documentation and agreements needed for the transaction (confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, term sheets etc.)

Transaction implementation

In the implementation phase we draft and negotiate the entire transaction documentation including the appropriate preparation and follow-up. We also help our clients in the course of the closing, providing full legal support.
